PROPERTY SPECIALIST - ROLE SUMMARY As a Property Specialst in Sales and Marketing team, you will be the first touchpoint between us and our clients. You will be the first voice representing Ivy Homes to potential sellers and buyers, creating a crucial first impression of Ivy Homes. Itll be your prerogative to accurately understand the requirements of our customers and help them navigate our business pipeline. You will work in one of the most critical roles supporting both our Sales and Business Development teams. This role is a combination of office and on-site role, where you will get an opportunity to work alongside our Sales team supporting client visits as well. Planning to achieve targets must be your strong suit. Youll work to ensure the appropriate use of the CRM tool and guarantee hygiene across process implementation in the Sales and Marketing team. WHAT WILL YOU DO? You will be primarily responsible for generating a specific target number of qualified leads per month for the buying and selling of homes Communicating with owners in houses Ivy Homes is evaluating, Channel Partners Ivy Homes team works with, Property Managers and Home Owners as necessary from time to time. Executing data gathering and logging data promptly on CRM. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential sellers and buyers. Explaining and demonstrating details about our inventory. Helping close sales and achieving monthly targets with the Sales and BD team. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE? 1-6 years of experience in a similar role in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in English, Hindi and ideally some language(s) from the Southern part of India Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organisational skills Ability to work at a quick pace Ability to coordinate well with multiple stakeholders A desire to maintain data in order at all times Strong observation skills Positive target-driven mindset This is a 6-days work week and weekends will be working. ASSISTANT MANAGER SALES - ROLE SUMMARY Our property Sales team is responsible for selling properties available in our inventory. As a Sales Associate / Sr. Sales Associate, youre the First Point of Contact and the face of Ivy Homes with respect to Sales. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to give ground insights and help the sales scale. You’ll be directly responsible for Sales for one or more micro-markets in the city of Bangalore. Your role will be a combination of customer conversation and contextual field presence. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Communicating effectively with customers, proactively reaching out to potential clients, and diligently following up on leads. Establishing and nurturing relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to cultivate customer leads. Profoundly comprehending the unique needs of customers and identifying lucrative sales opportunities. Providing comprehensive responses to customer inquiries and promptly delivering supplementary information. Keeping abreast of product and service updates, ensuring in-depth product knowledge. Methodically managing and updating a comprehensive customer database. Effectively elucidating and demonstrating the distinctive features of our products and services. Staying well-informed about competing products and services, and effectively positioning Ivy Homes. Skillfully executing upselling strategies for our products and services. Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset. A keen understanding of timelines and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines. A proactive and tenacious attitude, coupled with a relentless pursuit of objectives. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
