Property Sales Executive - India
Location: India (Major Metro Cities Preferred)
Department: Sales - Real Estate/Construction
Type: Full-Time (Commission-Based during Probation, Fixed Pay + Incentives after 6 Months)
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Property Sales Executive to join our expanding venture in India, working closely with leading construction companies and renowned builders. In this dynamic, target-oriented role, you will be responsible for selling premium properties, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. The first 6 months will be commission-based; after successful probation, you will receive a fixed minimum salary along with attractive incentives per sale.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively call, engage, and qualify prospective buyers for premium properties from our builder partners.
  • Present, promote, and sell properties to clients, providing detailed information and addressing all queries.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings, both virtual and in-person, ensuring a professional client experience.
  • Stay updated on India s real estate market, property inventory, and industry trends.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions.
  • Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring a smooth transaction process and high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and builder partners for seamless sales operations and after-sales support.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in property sales, real estate, or telesales (experience in the Indian market preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals.
  • High enthusiasm for real estate, sales, and customer service.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a hustler mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is desirable.
Compensation
  • Commission-based earnings for the first 6 months (probation period).
  • Upon successful completion of probation, fixed minimum pay plus performance-based incentives per sale.
