Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Sales and Business Development : Identify and target potential clients and investors in the property market. Present and showcase properties to prospective buyers, answering inquiries and addressing concerns. Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring both client and company satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized services and guidance. Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties. Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. Market Research and Analysis : Stay up to date with property market trends, pricing, and competitor activity. Conduct regular market analysis to understand demand and supply dynamics. Property Listings and Marketing : List properties for sale, including preparing marketing materials and advertisements. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of available properties. Documentation and Administration : Ensure all sales documentation, agreements, and contracts are completed accurately. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Follow up on payment schedules, ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
