Job Descriptions: 1. Having Real Estate Experience with working in channel partners firms Explaining property details to the buyers, Converting leads into business. 2. Arranging advertisements to promote the property. 3. Handling negotiation, client query 4. Maintaining relationship with developers as well as with client 5. Maintaining rapport with the client and customers of the company. 6. Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions. 7. Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations. 8. Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas. 9. Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns. Desired Candidate Profiles: 1. Should be a graduate or post graduate from reputed university 2. Good communication skills 3. Should be placed in Bangalore 4. Ready to work against the timing 5. Vehicle is must ( Either 2 W or 4W) 6. Negotiation skills, analytical skills required 7. Saturday & Sunday will be working, Tuesday will be weekly off
