Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Property Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client interactions, conducting site visits, and closing property deals for both residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, digital platforms, and networking. Handle inquiries from property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, etc.). Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales using Excel/CRM tools. Stay updated with property market trends, pricing, and RERA regulations. Coordinate with finance teams for loan/registry documentation (if needed).
