We are looking for an energetic, smart, and results-focused Marketing & Business Development Executive who is ready to grow with a premium make-up brand. Role & Responsibilities: Work on online-generated leads and convert inquiries into bookings Handle walk-in clients and assist in conversion Promote the brand through online marketing & ads (training and guidance will be provided) Visit and tie up with salons, hotels, event managers, banquets, photographers, and models Set up a referral model (10–15% commission with partners like salon managers, etc.) Plan and manage marketing activities & events, such as: Networking dinners with photographers & models Self-made-up workshops for nail artists/beauty professionals Brand-promotion seminars and collaborations Be open to learning basic camera handling, shooting support, and other tasks required to promote Anuradha Mam’s make-up brand on social media What We’re Looking For:Confident communicator with strong people skills Proactive, smart, and self-driven personality Willingness to do ground marketing + digital promotion Interest in the beauty, makeup, fashion, or creative industry Fresher or experienced—learning attitude is a must 📞 To Apply: Call / WhatsApp: 7985255158 callon 8800735527
