Role Overview

Associate Customer Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: housekeeping, food, repairs, Wi-Fi, laundry, hostel management.
• Lead and motivate wardens & blue-collar staff (team size: ~15–20).
• Maintain discipline, records, and process compliance.
• Achieve a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4+/5.
• Train and develop team members for professional growth.
• Handle customer and operational escalations efficiently.
