Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Property Maintenance: Oversee regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure properties are in excellent condition.
• Handle Tenant Relations: Address tenant inquiries, resolve complaints, and foster positive tenant relationships.
• Lease Management: Market properties, screen potential tenants, and execute lease agreements.
• Budget and Financial Reporting: Prepare budgets, manage expenses, and provide financial reports to property owners.
• Vendor Management: Hire and coordinate with contractors, service providers, and vendors for property upkeep.
• Ensure Legal Compliance: Stay updated on property laws and regulations to ensure full compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with tenants, contractors, and property owners.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Property Laws: Familiarity with local landlord-tenant laws and property regulations.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using property management software and standard office applications.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
