Property Manager / Facility Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning, delivery, and supervision of all facility and administrative support services.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, infrastructure, and equipment, ensuring housekeeping, safety, and security compliance.
• Supervise maintenance teams, assign work, and resolve operational challenges.
• Implement energy management initiatives for cost savings and sustainability.
• Oversee equipment inventory, repairs, rentals, and preventive maintenance.
• Handle client coordination for maintenance issues, project execution, and system improvements.
• Monitor vendor performance, contract compliance, and cost control.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and company audit procedures.
• Manage operating budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies as required.
• Conduct regular review meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per the formats.
• Supervise billing, payment coordination, and documentation processes.
• Maintain discipline, performance evaluation, and development plans for team members.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, ISO compliance, and policy updates.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and ensure uninterrupted operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in facility or property management of commercial or corporate sites.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Sound knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire safety, etc.).
• Proficiency in vendor management, budgeting, and facility audits.
• Experience in ISO implementation and compliance preferred.
• Ability to manage client relationships and perform under pressure.
