Job Description

Role & responsibilities : SEO Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research to guide content strategy. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines. Monitor and improve website rankings on Google and other search engines. Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, URL structure, internal linking). Manage off-page SEO (backlink building, guest posts, etc.). Track SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Conduct regular site audits and fix technical SEO issues. Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes. Develop Digital Marketing Strategies Plan and execute digital campaigns across channels (SEO, social media, email, etc.) SEO & SEM Optimize website content for search engines Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (if applicable) Social Media Marketing – Create and schedule posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. – Engage with the audience and grow followers organically Content Marketing – Coordinate with content creators/writers to develop blogs, posts, etc. – Ensure content aligns with brand voice and SEO strategy Email & WhatsApp Marketing – Build and manage mailing lists or WhatsApp contact lists – Create and send newsletters, promotions, or product updates Analytics & Reporting – Track KPIs using Google Analytics, social insights, etc. – Prepare campaign performance reports for management Lead Generation – Use digital platforms to generate qualified leads for sales – Optimize landing pages for conversion Website Management – Coordinate with developers/designers to update site content – Ensure good UX, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness Market Research – Monitor industry trends, competitor campaigns, and customer behavior Campaign Execution & Optimization – A/B test ads, creatives, and landing pages – Continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI Preferred candidate profile : The ideal candidate is a marketing or business student/recent graduate with a keen interest in digital marketing. They should have basic knowledge of SEO, social media, and content creation, along with good communication skills and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with tools like Canva or Google Analytics is a plus. Creativity, time management, and a proactive attitude are key qualities we’re looking for.
