Webinar Conductor

Job Summary: We are seeking a confident, articulate, and tech-savvy Webinar Conductor to facilitate live online classes and webinars for our educational courses. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proven experience using Zoom to host and manage live virtual sessions for students in a dynamic and engaging way. Key Responsibilities: •Host and moderate live online classes, workshops, and student Q&A sessions via Zoom. •Collaborate with instructors and course creators to understand the goals and structure of each session. •Manage live sessions by keeping discussions on track, encouraging participation, and ensuring smooth transitions between presenters or topics. •Provide real-time Zoom support to both students and instructors, including breakout rooms, screen sharing, chat moderation, polling, and session recording. •Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Zoom functionality and connectivity. •Monitor student engagement, answer questions, and encourage interactive learning using Zoom tools. •Record sessions and ensure timely sharing of recordings and learning materials. •Gather post-session feedback from attendees and report insights to the academic team. •Required Skills & Qualifications: •Proficiency in Zoom Meeting and Zoom Webinar platforms, including managing waiting rooms, breakout rooms, polls, and security settings. •Excellent verbal communication and online presentation skills. •Experience conducting or supporting live online educational sessions or webinars. •Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a virtual setting. •Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure during live events. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in an educational or EdTech environment. Knowledge of virtual teaching tools Ex: ZOOM Background in teaching, training, or online course facilitation.
