Property Facility Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and tenant relations of [residential/commercial/resort/vacation] properties. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role. - Knowledge of property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium). - Understanding of landlord-tenant laws and regulations. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). - Property Management certification (e.g., CPM, ARM, or CAM) is a plus.,
