Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements.
• Provide professional advice on buying, selling, or investing in residential/commercial properties.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Arrange and conduct site visits with potential clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, prices, and inventory.
• Maintain a strong relationship with clients for repeat and referral business.
• Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.
• Coordinate with the backend team for documentation and closure.
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong passion to grow in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with local property laws and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
