Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor, located in Ahmedabad. The Property Advisor will be responsible for guiding clients through the property acquisition process, managing properties, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves financial assessments and ensuring that clients have a seamless experience from inquiry to closure.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Property Management and Investments
• Knowledge of Finance related to real estate transactions
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Proficiency in market analysis and property valuation
• Background in real estate or related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
