1. Having real estate exposure, Explaining property details to the buyers, Converting leads into business.
2. Arranging advertisements to promote the property.
3. Handling negotiation, client query
4. Maintaining relationship with developers as well as with client
5. Maintaining rapport with the client and customers of the company.
6. Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
7. Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business
presentations.
8. Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
9. Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
1. Should be a graduate or post graduate from reputed university
2. Good communication skills and should not had its own business in real estate
3. Should be placed in Bangalore and should not have personal RERA.
4. Ready to work against the timing
5. Vehicle is must (Either 2 W & 4W)
6. Negotiation skills, analytical skills required
7. Saturday & Sunday will be working, Tuesday will be weekly off
8. Typical and hardcore sell skills will be required
9. Basic knowledge of computer should be required
