Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sr. Property Advisor/Property Advisor at NK Realtors, your main responsibility is to be the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients. This involves answering queries, providing advice, introducing new products, demonstrating and presenting properties, as well as selling or leasing properties to clients. Your work also includes working on leads provided by the company, generating self leads, studying property listings, interacting with sellers, scrutinizing properties, interviewing prospective clients, accompanying clients to property sites, and inputting client data in the CRM software. Key Responsibilities: - Convert prospects into customers by showcasing properties that match their requirements in terms of price, size, and location. - Utilize leads shared by the company and generate self-leads through business directories and client referrals to convert them into customers. - Follow up with customers over the telephone, visit them at their preferred venues, and provide end-to-end guidance during site visits. - Maintain records of customer interactions and bookings through the CRM application. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant laws. - Demonstrate good knowledge of properties to provide clients with the information needed to make decisions. - Utilize marketing skills to present a persuasive picture of properties in person and on paper. - Follow instructions, abide by company rules and regulations, and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. - Conduct property scrutiny based on initial feedback from surveyors, involving extensive traveling within Kolkata and its outskirts on a daily basis. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream - 2-5 years of experience in handling sales profiles - Good communication skills, smart and presentable appearance, honesty, integrity, knowledge of sales/purchase processes, responsiveness, optional knowledge of the real estate market, negotiation skills, dynamic and quick learner, deep interest in sales as a career prospect, ability to understand prospect requirements, pitch property solutions effectively, and be a good team player.
