Property Administrator

As a Property Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of multiple commercial and residential properties. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and coordinating maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations for the properties. - Overseeing administrative tasks such as scheduling maintenance/repairs, addressing tenant inquiries and complaints, and coordinating move-in and move-out documentation. - Maintaining accurate records and reports for property operations, ensuring all documentation is complete and properly filed. - Collaborating with property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and project management. - Sourcing quotes from Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Architectural Engineers, following up, negotiating, and coordinating the obtained information. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following attributes: - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Background or familiarity with property management or real estate industry practices is preferred. - Ability to interpret zoning regulations, floor plans, and understand the legal implications of violations related to city regulations and building codes. - Prior experience in an architectural office, civil engineering firm, or construction company as an administrator would be a valuable asset.
