Property Administrator

As a property operations manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of multiple commercial and residential properties. Your duties will include overseeing maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations. You will be tasked with handling administrative responsibilities such as scheduling maintenance/repairs, addressing tenant inquiries and complaints, and organizing documentation for move-ins and move-outs. It will be essential to maintain accurate records and reports for property operations, ensuring that all documentation is properly filed. Collaboration with property owners, tenants, and vendors will be crucial to ensure smooth operations and project management. Additionally, you will need to have the ability to source quotes from various engineers, follow up on them, negotiate, and coordinate the information obtained. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong organizational and communication skills. While a background or familiarity with property management or real estate industry practices is preferred, it is not required. It will be beneficial to have the ability to interpret zoning regulations, floor plans, and understand the legal implications of violations related to city regulations and building codes. Previous experience in an architectural office, civil engineering firm, or construction company as an administrator would be considered a valuable asset. This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off. The schedule for this position is a fixed shift from Monday to Friday, with night shifts and US shifts required. The work location is in Panchkula, Haryana, and the ability to commute or relocate to this location is necessary. Night shift and overnight shift availability are also required for this in-person role.,
