About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural CAD Designer and Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating detailed architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with local building regulations, and clearly communicating with the stakeholders. This role offers a great opportunity to gain practical knowledge on building regulations and first hand experience on inter-team communication. Roles & Responsibilities: Create precise architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using AutoCAD. Review and analyze architectural and structural drawings to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Stay updated on policy changes, new regulations, and amendments to local building laws. Coordinate with various stakeholders to streamline the approval process. Assist in project documentation. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for architectural drafting. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Familiarity with SketchUp and Revit is an added advantage. Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and zoning regulations is an advantage. Good attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to clearly explain any doubts and queries on design modifications and regulatory requirements. Capability to work independently as well as in a team. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Telugu is required. English & Hindi are an added advantage. Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field in planning/architecture. 2+ years of experience in architectural design and drafting. Strong knowledge of local building codes, development control rules, and zoning regulations . Other Details Full-time position Office-based with possible site visits Project-based work structure Range: 25,000 - 40,000 per month Annual: 3L - 4.8L
