Urban Planner

As an Urban Designer, your main responsibility will be to create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models for urban design projects. You will collaborate with architects, landscape architects, engineers, and city planners to ensure cohesive and sustainable designs. Conducting research and analysis on demographics, transportation, land use, and zoning regulations will be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models for urban design projects. - Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, engineers, and city planners. - Conduct research and analysis on demographics, transportation, land use, and zoning regulations. - Prepare presentations and reports to communicate design proposals. - Support the supervision of construction and installation of designs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and a Master's degree in Urban Design or Architecture from a globally reputed institute. - Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong visual communication and presentation skills. - Good understanding of zoning regulations and land use policies. - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Previous experience working on urban projects in India, Southeast Asia, or the MENA region preferred. - Familiarity with software tools such as Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, and parametric planning and design tools would be advantageous. It will be essential for you to stay updated with current design trends, technologies, and regulations to excel in this position.,
