About the Role-

As a Property Acquisition Intern, you’ll play a key role in helping us identify and onboard new boutique properties across India. This internship is ideal for someone who’s interested in real estate, hospitality, or business development, and wants hands-on exposure to the process of growing a hospitality brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities-

• Conduct market research to identify potential destinations and properties for acquisition.
• Evaluate property suitability based on location, aesthetics, and operational feasibility.
• Build and maintain a database of property owners, brokers, and agents.
• Support the team in outreach and coordination with property owners and partners.
• Assist in site visits, data collection, and documentation.
• Prepare property briefs, proposals, and financial summaries.
• Maintain and update acquisition trackers and assist in weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, design, and finance teams for feasibility assessments.

Who You Are-

• A graduate or final-year student with an interest in hospitality, real estate, or sales.
• Strong in communication and relationship-building.
• Comfortable working on Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn about property acquisition and hospitality growth.
• Willing to travel for property visits
