Property Accounting Manager

As a Manager Property Accounting at Enhancor, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions related to residential and commercial real estate properties. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with accounting and property management teams to ensure accurate month-end close, account reconciliations, and budget analysis for the properties you manage. One of the key requirements for this role is the flexibility to work in US shifts, as you will be required to review Budget Variance Reports, Balance sheet accounts, and annual TC201s and RPIEs. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to maintain precise records, provide accounting support, and guarantee that all deliverables are met within agreed timelines. In addition to supervising and delegating day-to-day tasks to team members, you will also be responsible for reviewing tenant billings for accuracy, ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and implementing process-related controls. The role will require your attention to detail, delegation skills, and the ability to interact verbally and in writing with all levels of the company as well as external parties. To qualify for this position, you must hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with an added advantage if you possess CA/CMA Inter or an MBA. An ideal candidate would have 11-15 years of experience, with at least 8 years in residential real estate accounting. Knowledge of affordable housing and experience in commercial real estate with GAAP accounting will be beneficial. Moreover, your proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Real Page is a plus. As a candidate, you should exhibit exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
