Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with clients, business stakeholders, and DBO colleagues to ensure successful onboarding of clients, delivering second-line support to end users of CBRE Yardi Voyager platforms, prioritizing and analyzing tickets, resolving complex issues, and participating in the change management process.
