Senior Real Estate Product Delivery Manager

As a Senior Real Estate Product Delivery Manager, your role involves taking a leading role in the new system implementation (Yardi) and strategic client onboarding (Aviva Investors). You will lead the SMEs within Product Delivery and be accountable for the ongoing maintenance and development of Yardi IA. Your activities will include process design, business requirement specification, supporting data flow developments and system configuration, report development, SIT testing, implementation, and providing support to the Ops teams. Additionally, you will work alongside the value stream and play a key role in supporting the Real Estate Product strategy. You will also liaise with the vendor and internal IT to ensure developments are delivered timely and safely. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SMEs within Product Delivery - Accountable for the maintenance and development of Yardi IA - Design processes and specify business requirements - Support data flow developments and system configuration - Develop reports, conduct SIT testing, and implementation - Provide support to the Ops teams - Work with the value stream to support the Real Estate Product strategy - Liaise with the vendor and internal IT for timely and safe delivery of developments Qualifications Required: - Exposure to Yardi Voyager - Knowledge of basic Investment Accounting processes - Analytical skills for reviewing data integrity and investigating errors or discrepancies - Strong communication and documentation skills to support users and team processes - Eliciting business requirements for process improvement and custom report development Desirable Qualifications and Growth Areas: - Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and/or custom Yardi reporting tools is a plus - Interest in learning more advanced administrative skills such as testing upgrades, workflow configuration, or supporting integration with other platforms - Willingness to participate in end-user training, cross-team projects, and compliance activities,
