We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Yardi Report Developer with expertise in YSR reporting to collaborate directly with our US-based clients. The Yardi Report Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining custom reports and data visualization solutions within the Yardi property management software. This position is integral to providing accurate insights that support decision-making and enhance property management operations for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain custom YSR reports in the Yardi Voyager property management software. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and data visualization requirements. - Design dynamic and interactive reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report performance or data accuracy. - Create and update documentation for YSR reports and processes. - Stay updated with Yardi software features and updates, implementing them as necessary. - Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to support reporting needs. - Undertake ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks as requested. - Provide training and support to end-users on YSR reporting capabilities. Qualifications: - Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with US-based clients. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 3+ years of experience in Yardi property management software, specializing in YSR reporting. - Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts. - Familiarity with report development tools like Yardi Voyager, YSR, SSRS, Power BI, or similar. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and report quality. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in real estate or property management industry. - Knowledge of ETL tools and processes. - Familiarity with data visualization best practices.,
