Consultant, BPA

Role Overview: You have an opportunity to join the Private Capital Administration BPA team at Northern Trust in India. Your role will involve providing L1 & L2 Production Support for the Private Equity Platform and its ancillary applications. You will interact with technology teams and external vendors to resolve queries, analyze operational procedures for automation opportunities, and collaborate with business and technology teams for requirements and small changes. Additionally, you will develop testing strategies, cross-train team members, provide support for new business onboarding, and work closely with regional functional managers for project implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L1 & L2 Production Support for Private Equity Platform and its ancillary applications - Interact and liaise with technology team and external vendors to resolve queries - Analyze operational procedures and processes for automation opportunities - Collaborate with business and technology teams for requirements and small changes - Formulate application testing strategies, execute test cases, and troubleshoot defects - Develop as a functional Expert for PCA operations and its platform - Provide support for new business onboarding and growth within the existing client base - Work closely with regional functional managers for project implementations - Serve as a Change Advocate within the business teams Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of the FIS Investran platform with 8-10 years of experience and minimum 6 years as a Business Analyst - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks - Knowledge of FIS Investran application, Yardi Voyager preferred - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or operational background in private equity - BA or Project management certification would be an added advantage - 24 months as a Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant to move as a Team Leader/Consultant,
