Yardi Reporting Developer (YSR & SSRS)

As a Yardi Report Developer at Relay Human Cloud, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom reports and data visualization solutions within the Yardi property management software. Your role is integral to providing accurate insights and supporting decision-making for our US-based clients" property management operations. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining custom YSR reports, collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, creating dynamic reports and dashboards, troubleshooting report issues, documenting processes, staying updated on Yardi software features, assisting in ETL processes, performing ad-hoc data analysis, and providing training to end-users. To qualify for this role, you should be proficient in English, hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, have at least 3 years of experience in Yardi property management software with expertise in YSR reporting, possess strong SQL and data modeling skills, be familiar with report development tools like Yardi Voyager, SSRS, Power BI, and exhibit problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include experience in real estate or property management, knowledge of ETL tools, and familiarity with data visualization best practices.
