Sr Yardi Application Analyst

As a Senior Yardi Application Analyst in the Digital Business Operations Department, you will play a crucial role as a subject matter expert on the Yardi Voyager Core, International, Investment Management, and Commercial modules. You will collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and DBO colleagues to ensure successful client onboarding. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing second-line support to end users of CBRE Yardi Voyager platforms - Prioritizing and analyzing tickets to resolve complex issues effectively - Participating in the change management process To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field - Relevant university or college degree - Thorough understanding and expertise in Yardi Voyager - Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is advantageous) - Strong service orientation and business awareness - Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good knowledge of MS Office applications - Team player with familiarity with Smartsheet and SQL Experience with the Yardi Voyager Investment Management and Residential modules will be considered a plus.,
