Job Description

Develop, test, and refine high-quality prompts to maximize LLM performance across various tasks.
Build prompt libraries, templates, and reusable frameworks for internal teams.
Analyze AI outputs to identify failure modes and systematically improve prompt effectiveness.
Work closely with engineers and data scientists to evaluate model behavior and optimize workflows.
Conduct A/B testing to measure prompt performance, reliability, and response quality.
Document prompt strategies, guidelines, and best practices to support team knowledge.
Ensure generated content meets quality, ethical, and safety standards.
Research emerging prompting techniques

Collaborate on fine-tuning or model training when needed.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, AI/ML, or related field.
Strong understanding of LLM behavior, prompt design principles, and generative AI tools.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems and iteratively refine solutions.
Experience with Python, APIs, or basic scripting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
