Prompt Engineer

Role Overview: As a Prompt Engineer, your main responsibility will be to design, create, and refine prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs). You will employ techniques to guide and enhance model responses, ensuring effective AI interactions through proficient programming and utilization of playgrounds. Your role will also involve collaborating with the team, making key decisions, and mentoring junior members to enhance prompt engineering skills. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a subject matter expert in prompt engineering. - Collaborate and manage the team to achieve project goals. - Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams. - Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and other teams. - Mentor junior team members to improve their prompt engineering skills. - Continuously assess and enhance prompt strategies based on feedback and performance metrics. Qualifications Required: - Coding skills in Python with 3-5 years of experience. - Experience in Generative AI, specifically in RAG, Prompt engineering, and Data extraction (OCR/Doc intelligence). - Experience in engineering workflows (pipeline). - Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS. - Preferred domain experience in Healthcare. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
