Job Description

Prompt Engineer Agentic Automation

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize prompts and context chains for agentic workflows and LLM-based automations.
Collaborate with automation developers to embed LLM reasoning within enterprise automations.
Build and manage RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, and contextual data orchestration.
Create reusable prompt libraries, templates, and testing frameworks for continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

Hands-on experience with LLMs / GenAI platforms (GPT, Claude, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI).
Prompt chaining, RAG, and contextual augmentation using LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Strong in Python, APIs, JSON for model testing and workflow integration.
Knowledge of vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and embedding models.
Exposure to automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, or similar). Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Agentic Orchestration Frameworks, AI governance, and observability tools.
Experience in BFSI / Financial domain preferred.
