Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and driven

Project Marketing Executive

with at least 2 years of experience in the transformer or power equipment sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project-based marketing activities, generating leads from government and private sectors, supporting tender processes, and building strong client relationships. This role requires good technical understanding and commercial acumen to drive business development in the B2B industrial segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate project leads from utilities, EPC contractors, PSUs, DISCOMs, and industrial clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare technical proposals, documentation, and quotations for tenders and project bids.
  • Track and follow up on project pipelines through government portals (like GeM, E-Tendering) and private channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, purchase departments, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market mapping, and suggest strategies for market penetration.
  • Participate in technical presentations, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote product offerings.
  • Ensure timely submissions, follow-ups, and closure of project sales.
  • Maintain MIS reports and project tracking sheets for regular management updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project marketing within the transformer/power equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications, tenders, and government procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, tender portals, and documentation.
