Projects Head - Chemical Plants - Green Field - Hydro Metallurgy

Need Experience in Greenfield Projects, Large Chemical Plants setup experience.

Exp: 16+ Years

Location: Greater Noida

Must have experience in setting up Large Greenfield Projects ( preferably in Chemical or Metal Extraction Domain).

Must have Exp in managing 500+ CR Projects

1. Project Planning and Execution: (Greenfield Projects)

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Ensure effective execution of projects according to defined objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and take proactive measures to address any deviations or roadblocks.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., management, department heads) to ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders (e.g., clients, suppliers, regulatory authorities) regarding project-related matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout project lifecycles.

1. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, environmental standards, and health & safety guidelines throughout project execution.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

1. Resource Management:

• Optimize resource utilization by effectively allocating personnel, equipment, and materials to projects based on requirements and priorities.
• Identify potential resource constraints or shortages and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.

1. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Establish proactive risk mitigation measures to minimize the likelihood of disruptions or project failures.
• Monitor risk indicators and implement timely interventions to address emerging issues and maintain project resilience.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project performance and implementing lessons learned.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and innovation within project management practices.
• Encourage feedback and collaboration among project teams to foster a culture of learning and innovation.

1. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and other project-related documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and post-project evaluations.
• Provide timely and transparent communication on project status, achievements, and challenges to relevant stakeholders.
