Job Description

Description of Job:

Experience of large size of building project (civil) consisting of execution of activities as per planned schedule.
Planning day-to-day work.
Checking the Architectural & Structural drawing to avoid discrepancies.
Coordination with Architect /Consultant/contractor for detailing.
Execution of the work as per Architectural & Structural drawing.
Verifications & Certifications of Bills.
Tender Preparation including technical specifications & BOQ for civil & infrastructure related work.
Ability to read the contract between the lines.
Safeguard organization’s interest with the correct and effective interpretation of Contract.
Aware of prevailing legal requirements, complete knowledge of labor laws, GDCR, and Building Construction’s regulatory requirements.
Close interaction with user and to understand their requirement and appropriately incorporate in planning and during execution.
To emphasis on adherence of safety norms during execution of project.

Work experience:
15 Years for B.E. & 20 Years for Diploma
Technical Qualification
With civil engineering background, having rich experience of building execution work.
Educational Qualification:
B.E. / Diploma Civil.
Any other specific requirements, if so, are required:
Any other specific requirements if so required: Heavy Industrial work with huge amount of concrete work and execution of PEB work preferred.
Knowledge of Micro Soft Project software includes project scheduling / tracking / reporting. Risk management – Identify in advance and remedial actions to meet with the condition.

From any good construction / Consultant /client PMC company
