Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Administration - Goals and Impact Measurement:

  • Monitor KPIs and follow up

  • Oversee project planning and execution.
  • Monitor and measure project goals and impact.
  • Presentation of Data and Project Reports
  • Development of Enterprising Projects:

  • Development of Projects through new Stakeholder connections

  • Oversee Sales and Profit Making
  • Manage People and Projects
  • Financial Administration of Projects:

  • Manage project budgets and financial records.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Liaison with the government and other stakeholders.

  • Initiation of communication and Scheduling meetings

  • Drafting and facilitation of MOUs and contract signings
  • Reporting - Newsletter, Sponsors Format:

  • Prepare and distribute graphical e-newsletters.

  • Develop Customised reports for sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Direct Social Media presence
  • Manage Client and Donor Communication:

  • Fund Raising through Project Applications / Presentations

  • Maintain and build relationships with donors / Sponsors / Clients.
  • Learning & Development:

  • Identify and coordinate training opportunities for staff and beneficiaries.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Holistic Development and Innovation Projects:

  • Lead initiatives for the holistic development of the Organisation.

  • Innovate and implement new projects and strategies in new areas.
  • Volunteer Management:

  • Create, Recruit, train, and manage a volunteer Force.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive volunteer culture.

Qualifications:

  • 10  to 15 years of Experience in Managerial role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Full knowledge for planning, execution of Professional Projects
  • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Experience in Power BI / Google Dashboard
  • Experience in Project Management Related Software and Framework
