Project Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular training sessions for

  freshers and existing employees

  on project workflows, tools, and processes.

• Explain project details and tasks

  clearly to new candidates and guide them through hands-on learning.

• Train participants on

  technical skills, communication, teamwork, and professional behavior

• 
  
• Support employees in understanding and handling

  live or internal projects

• Prepare and share

  training materials, presentations, and practical assignments

• Assess trainees’ performance, provide feedback, and help them improve.

• Ensure that all training sessions are

  interactive, easy to understand, and aligned with project requirements

• Track training progress and maintain simple reports of sessions conducted.
