About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Tech Lead with 9–12 years of experience in leading technology teams and delivering complex projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and complete hands-on knowledge of Jira for project and team management. You will play a critical role in driving project execution, mentoring engineers, and ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and scalability.
• Manage and mentor developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional team members.
• Use Jira extensively for project planning, sprint management, issue tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and drive engineering excellence.
• Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 9–12 years of experience in software development and project delivery.
• Strong background in React, Node.js, Java, or similar full-stack technologies (customize as per your stack).
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Project Lead in large-scale projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira – workflows, dashboards, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reporting, automation rules.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Atlassian tools ecosystem (Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Exposure to DevOps practices.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles or working with distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
