Project Supervisor

As a Design Site Execution Manager at Unitile, your role will involve overseeing the implementation of design projects on-site. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Project coordination: Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination for successful project delivery. - On-site Supervision: Oversee the execution of design projects on-site to ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and timely progress. - Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure workmanship meets design standards. Conduct inspections and rectify any deviations from approved designs. - Material and resource Management: Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for timely delivery of materials. Monitor and manage on-site resources efficiently. - Problem Resolution: Identify and address on-site challenges promptly by collaborating with stakeholders for effective solutions. - Budget Management: Monitor project expenses related to on-site execution and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, progress reports, and ensure as-built documentation reflects executed designs accurately. - Safety Compliance: Implement safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and address safety concerns promptly to ensure a secure working environment. - Client Interaction: Interface with clients during site visits to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. - Timeline Management: Work closely with project management to align on-site activities with project timelines and develop strategies to mitigate delays.
