As a Strategy and Operations Associate at the Global Client Operation Center (GCOC) in Gurugram, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Director by driving strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Your role will involve a mix of administrative tasks and strategic responsibilities, such as preparing reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to guide high-level decision-making. You will act as the primary liaison between departments, facilitating project alignment, managing dependencies, and keeping senior leadership informed on progress. Additionally, you will take ownership of ad-hoc and strategic projects, from research and planning to execution, identifying opportunities that support the GCOC's strategic priorities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes. - Prepare reports, presentations, and research insights to guide leadership decisions. - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Director of GCOC. - Act as a point of contact between departments, ensuring alignment on project deliverables. - Facilitate communication, manage dependencies, and report progress to senior leadership. - Take ownership of special projects and ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Senior Director. - Conduct research, perform data analysis, and summarize insights for decision-making. - Identify project opportunities that align with strategic priorities and manage their execution. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Chief of Staff roles, or Executive Assistant positions to senior leadership. - Flexibility to work in the EMEA time zone. - Experience in a fast-paced international environment. - Experience in Adtech is a plus. - Strategic Thinking & Analysis skills. - Project Management expertise. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to influence without authority and bridge between departments. - Experience supporting senior leaders in calendar management and meeting preparation. - High attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
