Position Overview

Project Engineer / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, schedule, and organize project activities from start to finish.
• Prepare project timelines, material requirements, and work execution plans.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure all project activities comply with technical specifications and drawings.

Site Coordination & Monitoring

• Handle all site activities including erection, installation, and fabrication work.
• Monitor the daily progress of the project and update management regularly.
• Ensure workforce productivity and proper utilization of resources at the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.

Client & Vendor Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and sub-contractors.
• Resolve site issues and client concerns promptly to maintain smooth project flow.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of drawings, site approvals, material dispatches, and installation activities.
• Prepare project status reports and present to management.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards for PEB erection and fabrication.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols at the site.
• Address non-conformities and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in the PEB industry (project handling is mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in PEB erection, installation, and site coordination.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of PEB structures, erection processes, and site management.
• Ability to read and understand structural drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project (preferred), and basic project management tools.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
