Job Description

Project Coordinator (Enterprise/Government Projects)

PositionOverview

Project Coordinator

KeyResponsibilities

  1. Project Planning & Coordination

    • Act as the single point of contact for enterprise/government clients post-sales.

 

    • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations.

 

    • Coordinate with internal teams (VoIP, Cloud, Infra, Support, QA, Procurement) and external vendors for execution.

 

    • Maintain and track project status using tools such as Jira.

 

  1. Client & Stakeholder Management

    • Build and manage relationships with enterprise stakeholders (CTOs, IT Heads, PSU nodal officers).

 

    • Organize client calls, demos, review meetings, and approvals.

 

    • Handle client escalations, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication.

    • Drive client onboarding, hand-holding, and knowledge transfer during the go-live stage.

 

  1. Documentation & Reporting

    • Prepare key project documents such as Project Plans, FRS, SRS, High- and low-level architecture documents.

 

    • Maintain proper documentation for deployments, configurations, and change requests.

 

    • Share regular project progress reports, risk assessments, and closure notes with management and clients.

 

  1. Post-Sales Delivery & Support Transition

    • Ensure smooth handovers to delivery teams.

 

    • Track project delivery against committed SLAs and compliance requirements.

 

    • Support UAT, client sign-offs, and seamless transition to support teams post go-live.

 

    • Capture client feedback and work towards continuous service improvement.

 

Must-HaveSkills

 

    • Strong technical expertise in managing and coordinating complex post-sales projects, ensuring smooth delivery of technical solutions in line with customer requirements.

 

    • Excellent documentation skills, including creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans, technical specifications, status reports, and knowledge repositories.

 

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

 

    • Strong coordination with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients.

 

Good-to-HaveSkills

    • Familiarity with government/PSU project workflows (RFPs, approvals, compliance).

 

    • Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, Agile).

 

EducationalQualifications

    • Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics / Business Administration.

 

    • Certifications in project management or cloud/communication platforms will be an added advantage.
