Project Specialist

As a Project Management Executive, your role involves identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project objectives. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on project risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring stakeholders are informed and prepared. Key Responsibilities: - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish mechanisms for monitoring and reporting project performance. - Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, issues, and areas for improvement. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project sponsors, resellers, and business partners. - Facilitate all internal and client calls, track meeting minutes, and share updates with stakeholders. - Basic understanding of IOT devices and good customer management skills. - Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. - Ability to work in grey areas and move them towards a logical direction. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, ticket management, and Excel reporting. Qualifications Required: - Basic understanding of IOT devices. - Strong customer management skills. - Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in project management methodologies, ticket management, and Excel reporting.
