Job Description

You are a motivated and experienced Project Sales Executive with a focus on project-based sales within the lighting industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process for lighting solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing project-based sales opportunities within the lighting sector. You will need to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, contractors, and project consultants. Furthermore, you will be required to collaborate closely with clients to understand their lighting needs and provide tailored solutions. This will involve preparing and presenting project proposals, quotations, and tenders to secure deals in alignment with company policies. Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in lighting solutions is crucial for this role. By providing valuable insights, you will contribute to improving product positioning and enhancing sales strategies. Effective collaboration with design, technical, and operations teams is essential to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Additionally, working in tandem with the marketing team for promotional activities aimed at project clients will be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining strong customer relationships is key to generating repeat business and referrals. Your focus on addressing queries promptly and resolving issues to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction will contribute to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project sales, preferably within the lighting or construction industry, is required. A solid understanding of lighting products, technologies, and applications is essential. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are necessary, along with proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
