Job Description

As a Project Sales Officer at Venus Home Appliances Pvt Ltd, your role involves achieving sales targets for the given territory, collecting outstanding dues from Institution Customers, and attending to problems regarding service, invoice, etc. You will be responsible for collecting market feedback, monitoring competitors' activities, and understanding the basic operating principles of the product. Additionally, you will arrange product displays at exhibition counters, expand the network through market surveys, and add new customers in the project/institutional segment. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets of the assigned territory - Collect outstanding dues from Institution Customers - Attend to problems regarding service, invoice, etc. - Collect market feedback and submit reports - Monitor competitors' activities, schemes, and pricing - Understand the basic operating principle of the product - Arrange product displays at exhibition counters - Expand the network through market surveys and add new customers in the project/institutional segment - Conduct project visits to different institutions for project orders - Meet consultants, architects, and builders to introduce products and create awareness - Canvass for MAP Project Orders with MAP Contractors - Visit end customers for sales, technical, or collection purposes Qualifications Required: - 3 to 7 years of experience in sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines - Knowledge of technical aspects of products - Prior experience in project sales and institutional segment is preferred Please note that the company provides benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
