Project Sales Manager

As an experienced Sales Manager at RachTR in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and contribute to the company's growth. You will drive sales and business development efforts targeting Premium Contractors, Architects, PMCs, Marble Traders, and Builders while maintaining relationships with clients and key accounts. Additionally, you will need to develop a strong network with Projects, Purchase, and BoQ/Tender personnel to drive business. Providing technical support to customers, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and independently managing accounts while tracking development activities are key responsibilities in this role. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales & Business Development within the Construction & Allied Industry, working with Architects, PMCs, A+ Category Contractors, Marble Traders & Builders. - Strong understanding of market dynamics and proven project management skills. - Experience working on construction projects with high involvement. - Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer relationships. - Must hold a relevant Graduation or post-graduation degree.
