Project Sales Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for 2 dynamic lady professionals for our Project Sales team. The role requires strong project lead generation skills, networking with contractors and architects, and handling prestigious hotel & hospital projects across Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate project leads for hospitality and healthcare sector.
• Develop strong relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
• Handle complete sales cycle – from prospecting to closing project deals.
• Ensure company products are specified in BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project tenders.
• Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
• Travel across Karnataka to meet clients, contractors, and decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly & annual sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–7 years in project sales / building materials / interiors / hospitality or healthcare projects.
• Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (Business/Marketing/Interior/Architecture background preferred).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Smart, well-groomed, and dynamic personality.
• Strong networking ability with architects, contractors, and project influencers.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Must be hardworking and willing to travel across Karnataka.

Job Details

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Gender Requirement: 2 Lady Candidates
• Salary: Competitive + Incentives + Travel Allowance
• Reporting To: Project Sales Head / Director – Sales
