About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  complete sales process

  : prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and handover.
• Generate leads via

  field visits, networking, cold calling, and digital platforms

  .
• Conduct

  site surveys

  and design system layouts tailored to client needs.
• Prepare professional

  quotations, BOQs, and project proposals

  .
• Coordinate with internal teams, technicians, and subcontractors for

  smooth project execution

  .
• Maintain strong customer relationships with a

  solution-oriented approach

  .
• Track sales pipeline, targets, and project progress using

  Google Sheets & CRM tools

  .
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly & annual sales targets.

Technical Expertise Required

• CCTV Surveillance Systems

  – IP/Analog Cameras, NVR/DVR, Remote Access.

• IT Networking

  – Structured Cabling, LAN/WAN, VLAN, Router/Switch Configuration.

• Access Control Systems

  – Biometric, RFID, Face Recognition.

• Smart Door Locks

  – Integration with Video Door Phones and Mobile Apps.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in

  Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related fields

  .
• Minimum

  5 years of proven experience

  in security systems sales & project handling.
• Strong

  presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

  .
• Excellent

  follow-up and deal-closing ability

  with a

  customer-first approach

  .
• Proficiency in

  Google Sheets, CRM & project tracking tools

  .
• Highly

  goal-driven, adaptable, and self-motivated

  .

Language Requirements

• Fluency in

  English, Kannada, and Hindi

  (spoken & written) is mandatory.
