Project Planning & Development: Assisting in creating project proposals, plans, and resource lists. Communication: Acting as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear and timely information flow. Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating team members' activities and managing project timelines and deadlines. Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking team progress, compiling data, and creating reports for project managers to assess performance and address issues. Quality Assurance: For on-site roles, this includes observing and documenting work, verifying quantities, and coordinating quality control testing to ensure standards are met. Documentation: Recording meeting notes, documenting processes, and uploading project materials to management platforms. Problem Solving: Identifying and helping to resolve project challenges and issues.
