Job Description

Overall Quality Management with developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive project quality management system for International, especially European Offshore Wind projects, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements during the project phase. Advising and guiding project line management & Ensuring and Overseeing quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle, including the development of quality plans, inspection, verification and testing procedures, and quality control processes in compliance to relevant industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements, including those specific to the projects. Collaborating with suppliers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to establish and maintain quality standards, conducting audits and assessments as necessary. Plan, attend, and record quality meetings. Identifying and mitigating quality-related risks, conducting risk assessments, and implementing measures to prevent quality issues and non-conformities, corrective actions. Maintaining accurate records of quality-related activities, preparing quality reports, and communicating project quality status to internal and external stakeholders. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality, efficiency, and performance, including the implementation of lessons learned and best practices. Identification and Allocation of competent quality resources with quality training. Guide and implement relevant trainings to relevant project personnel with support of their lead to understand and effectively deliver their responsibilities as per quality plan and procedures. Serving as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders regarding quality-related matters, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborating with HSE teams to ensure that quality management aligns with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
