Project Planning Coordinator

As an experienced professional in project execution and planning, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Execution and Planning of Project allotted along with Budget Preparation. - Responsible for executing, Monitoring, preparing reviews, and analyzing statistical data to ensure timely completion of projects. - Studying the scope of work from Tender, BOQ, Drawings, Work order, Agreement, and all connected documents to clearly understand the scope of work. - Checking the tender documents, drawings, schedules for all working sites, and ensuring availability of necessary materials required at the site office. - Understanding the costing control and monitoring procedures. - Preparing initial schedules and conducting subsequent reviews. - Managing all drawings, shop drawings, Material approvals, and ensuring their safe custody. - Compiling a project completion report upon the successful completion of the project. - Handling legal matters related to the site and coordinating with the Head Office.
